I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with its welcoming staff and great location. The rooms are spacious and include lovely big balconies. However, there were some issues with the pool area that need attention. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Choosing to upgrade to a premium room for an ocean view was worth it. The rooms were spacious, kept cool with quiet air conditioning units, and had nice extras like bathrobes and towel service. The late check-out until 4 pm was convenient, but signal strength in the room could be better.

Upon arrival, the room was a bit dated but immaculately clean and spacious, offering ultimate comfort. However, we faced issues with the leaking AC in our room. The service was terrific overall but had some challenges with staff attitudes towards British guests. The location, despite being hit by hurricanes, still offers a paradise-like ambiance. The dining experience was delightful with a Cuban buffet but avoid the beef dish. The facilities were well-maintained and added to our stay.

The hotel was in a great location, plenty big enough for 3 ladies like us, and our junior suite was ready straight away. Our Airtransat representative, Frank, was incredibly helpful and quickly transferred us to MGM Imperial Muthu, a much nicer resort with all amenities working perfectly. The staff there were super friendly and happy, without a shadow of a doubt.

The food in the main restaurant was consistently good, but the experience at the à la carte restaurant varied. The highlight was definitely the fantastic beach barbecue.

The dining experience was amazing, especially the chicken, lobster, and shrimp dinners.
